Is frozen lemonade less beneficial than fresh lemonade?
Hi Steven,
Lemonade mixes and frozen canned concentrate are full of sugar and preservatives. There’s nothing like fresh-squeezed lemonade to gain the maximum health benefits. There are some bottled brands available in the dairy section at the grocery store that sell fresh all-natural lemonade not made from concentrate. You might want to check those out if you can’t make your own. Thanks!
