Come take a stroll in my garden, sip and savor soup and salad and learn more about how herbs and spices can increase beauty and wellness. Come back inside my kitchen dining space we will learn about spices & herbs and how to include them daily for wellness and beauty. We will briefly talk about detoxing and restoring vitamins and minerals and restoring our microbiome with diversity of implementing spices and herbs, seaweed and mushroom powders for gut health. We will also create a take home product for enjoyment the remaining part of the week.Next date to be announced.
